Default 2007 Mustang V6-12V fused source...headlight strobe help

First off...I searched but couldn't find the right forum for this question...maybe this is it...idk lol

My question is..I need a fused 12V source for some headlight strobes I'm about to install...
Not sure where to do this at...

Any ideas? I would prefer a source that has constant power so I can turn them on if the car happens to be off

Thanks in advanced

There is a terminal with a nut on the fuse box under the hood in front of the Battery , It is the power hook up for most stuff My Fog lights are hooked up there , Just Follow the Red Cable from the Battery to this spot , You will need to take the Fuse Box cover off to see it ,, It will be 12 volts all the time not keyed to the switch

my first thought is use a in line fuse and tap off the battery.

I have my amp connected to that terminal on the fuse box under the hood...not constant power

If I get an inline fuse, I can just buy some wire and run my strobes into the fuse and then connect the wire to the battery terminal? I don't want to splice or tap into the actual battery cable if possible.

If either of those don't work...where else can I connect to?

That is correct, there is a small bolt on the battery connector that you can put a ring terminal on

Just out of curiosity, why do you want strobes in your headlights? I don't know if you're in law enforcement or not but unless you're a officer or maybe fire protection, it could be a felony to run them with the vehicle in motion for impersonating an officer. Not sure if the laws for strobes is the same as for red and blues.
