Default 2007 Mustang V6-Spark plugs damaged?

I have a 2007 mustang with 8k miles on it. When i do drive it i take it to redline quite alot. it is a manual tranny. I was looking through spark plug info and saw an article about high speed glazing. If the cylinder temp increases suddenly then it can damage the plugs. Many times i dont wait for the car to warm up all the way before i get after it. Occasionly i will go from a cruze in 4 th to 2 nd and wrap it all the way out if somebody wants to race.

Should i check my spark plugs? Is it that hard to do even?
How much would it cost to get better ones?

By the way i have a CAI and FLowmaster axleback exhaust

I drive mine hard all the time and that's what the engine and the plugs are designed for. IMHO.

do you notice any issues with the engine that could be sparkplug related? misfires. etc. the spark plugs might wear out sooner than normal if you run the car hard. better sparkplugs should be able to take more abuse.

its a mustang...after warm up and your engin temp gets to normal...giverhell. your plugs are pretty easy to get to. i used an air ratchet to zip mine out when i replaced them. i got champion double platinums. like 3 bucks a piece or something.
