Default V6 4.0 Dual exhaust and Headers Fit question

im about to buy
Pypes 409 Stainless Steel V6 Dual Pipe Conversion Kit (2005+ V6)

http://www.americanmuscle.com/pypes-2005v6-truedual-catback.html#customer-reviews

and

JBA Cat4ward Shorty Headers (05-09) V6

http://www.americanmuscle.com/jba-shortyheaders-0509v6.html

and i need to make sure they will both fit together so that will not be a problem cause that would suck and should i go with pypes dual pipe conversion kit or magnaflows dual conversion kit?

pypes are good.
look on ebay for the $100 headers

shorts dont do much.

so why waste 4-500 bucks?

i got my set on ebay for $105 and they look and fit great!
