You can try MO&E or Z Max.

buy a new or re-manufactured pump, if it does not come with a pulley then use your old one. The bearings are internal.

i saw that my pump had been replaced before i got the car by the dealer( so less than 42,000) it started making some noise again a while back, when i turned the wheel back and forth, so i used a turkey baster with a 4" pc of fuel line on it and sucked the fluid out and put some new in. that seemed to help. if it looks dirty, you should replace the fluid. if its cold and wet out, i get some belt noise when i first start it, but it goes away soon when it warms up. i`m gonna replace my belt here pretty soon. post back what you figure out on it
