That looks just like a custom welded pipe. It still uses the y pipe, which is not what you want. A quality kit cuts out the y pipe and with replaces with an x or h pipe or goes to straight duals.

You can get your y pipe cut and a custom fabbed mid pipe for that price, plus the cost of mufflers/tips.
