Use the small tank with clear water for your tune
then transfer the line to the windshield washer fluid tank. The car's tank works great for me.
I would be interested in knowing what PW pulse settings he used on your car and what timing he selected. You can add timing with a global setting or with RPM bands with a SCT tuner. I am using trial and error and my Gtech meter todo a poor man's tune. A professionally done one would get me in the neighborhood quicker. I think I am being too conservative.
