You will probably need to get new fenderwell liners.

You are gonna need new headlights, grilles, fender liners, radiator cover, hood (?), and the mounting stuff to go with the bumper.

if you are talking about the GT500 grill, yes you can do it by yourself pretty much. the best man i've seen on this matter is KC @ Clevenger Ford (he's on another forum site (the mustang source). it is a little more than just changing out the front fascia. you would also need the hood or there will be a gap that you probably wouldn't like. another option - I just put on a GT front fascia from New Take Off on my son's v6 and it came out great! i did get the new front fender inner liners-GT specific, the new belly pan and all the attaching hardware from KC. took about a 2 hours with one guy helping a little to minimize scratching.

check with new take-off, ninosports and try to find a gt front fascia. i was going to change the grill in my son's v6 and found it to be cheaper in the long run to get the gt front fascia (it was already candy apple red metallic with the grill and fogs). went on without a hitch and looks great!

Thanks for the reply...been wanting to put on a grille with the foggies since I bought my sixer and would so much rather do it myself than shell out the bucks for someone else to do it....now I just gotta find one
