Default Transmission Swap

2007 Mustang Automatic to Manual Transmission Swap. Worth it or just do gears?Saw that on the posting examples and completely lost track about what I was going to post lol

My automatic tranny is fun in all but Manual transmission just seems like fun to drive.
Just wondering if anyone has done this and knows about how much it would cost and if it's really worth it.

The auto is stronger than the factory manual trans.

Not worth swapping unless you go to a 6 speed and gears.

Nice Pony has a adapter for swapping in a 6 speed.

And it's not cheap. Need to swap the PCM and main wiring harness too.

Not saying 100% from experience, but a buddy of mine said that he put one on a 2007 V6 and a tranny, driveshaft and 8.8 rear end from a 2002 & ^ GT will fit perfectly. He says the worst part is putting in the clutch cable and pedal....everything else is just bolt on and a little bit of tunning.

PS...you can pick up the tranny, driveshaft and rear end for cheap at a junk yard
