Default 3-point harness questions

Ok
just for a cool factor to the mustang, i think i want to do a 3-point harness belt system.
the safety feature is just an added bonus...my back is actully killing me right now as i lean over to type out this tread from the accident with the 2005 s197..
anyways

what do you guys think i will need in order to make this work?
i want to keep the stock seats and leave the stock belts in as well (just not use them)
one thing that is troubling me is that if the standard belt isnt snapped in, it dings annoyingly...anyone know a way to by-pass this if i were to use a different harness?

i think it would look kinda cool, or do you guys think it will just look stupid..i keep my headrests in the complete down position as well just fyi.

Theres a plug that will do awy with bell when belts not used, it under the seat, If you use harness in your car you will have use all three pieces, when driving if you use only lap belt and get pulled over you will get a ticket for no belts.

Three point harnesses are uncomfortable and a pain in the butt...especially for a street car. Even my Corvette, which I've had over 180mph, doesn't have a three point harness. Unless you have a roll cage welded in and drag slicks on your car it will look a little silly.

As fas as the seat belt dinging, I think there's a code combination you can put in to disable the various dings and messages. One of those things where you cycle the key a couple times, stand on one foot and say the alphabet backward. Check the owners manual to see if it's there.

i have way too many memories with this thing

Not sure why some say you'd get a ticket (been pulled over for no seat belt 4 times, and he said a harness is beyond what's required due to it being safer), or say it'd be a pain (more comfortable than a constantly tugging and tightening shoulder belt).
You need a Corbeau double release harness if you want the best of both. It's double release allows you to have the harness but disconnects to allow access to the back seat. You'd find a suitable bolt to attach the rear mounting point to and you don't want it attached to the floor behind the seat. If you were to crash, it'd compress your spine. Attach it to the rear shock mount or other bolt in the area, and you'd have a harness.

You could mount the rear attachment point anywhere you want. The rear seat belt mount, the rear shock mount, behind the rear seat, anywhere the harness will reach and it'll almost reach the rear of the car. Most choose the shock mount so it doesn't go through the middle of the back seat area, even though no one bigger than a 10 year old can sit back there comfortably. The double release uses a seat belt male and female connection; when you want to lean the seat forward you would just release the rear section and then reattach.

The two on the sides of the seat would mount where the stock seat belts mount to.

Whats The Hype About The Rear Seat, Are You Driving People Around? If Not Then Screw It, Take Out The Rear Seat Its Added Weight Anyway. And Use The Rear Seatbelt Mounts. If Your Carrying stuff Then Put it In The Trunk With The Rear Seat Out You Will have Access To it Anyway LOL. Or Leave The Rear Seat In And use Sparcos Harness Bars, It Bolts In Place Of Your Stock Belts And Puts A Sweet Looking Sparco Bar Behind The Seats For You To Mount Your harness to
