Default HELP!! o2 sensor problems??

Hey guys, I just installed my JLT CAI/SF3 Tune this afternoon and I went to fire up the motor and it idled very rough followed by a lot of studdering. The check engline light came on and I came up with 2 codes.

P2195 and P2197
They read... O2 sensor signal biased/stuck lean
(b1,s1) (b2,s1)

I have checked to make sure that the "flow" arrow is pointed correctly several times and there is nothing wrong with the install. Could it possibly need to just be replaced? If ANYONE is familiar with this please help me get my baby running

99% sure it's a problem with the tune.

How can it be a problem with the tune? I got a custom tune setup through sct.com. Everything on the car is stock except for the intake. It was sent with the pre-ordered tune loaded onto it as normal... I loaded it on and there was no problem with that... Any sugestions if it is a tune problem?... Who would I contact and things like that?

If your install is sound and you have no intake leaks the only other alternative is the tune. Sounds to me that they may have written the tune for the wrong intake.

Default SCT SF3 Tune issues...

I just installed my JLT CAI/SF3 Tune this afternoon and I went to fire up the motor and it idled very rough followed by a lot of studdering. The check engline light came on and I came up with 2 codes.

P2195 and P2197
They read... O2 sensor signal biased/stuck lean
(b1,s1) (b2,s1)

I returned it to the stock tune and took out the CAI and everything ran fine... Is this a problem with the pre-loaded tune I was sent... Anyone ever had this problem? Any input would be great.

Yes. The tunes that you uploaded did not account for the JLT CAI. SCT has some canned tunes there and you can pick what CAI you have. Give that a shot. And of course contact whoever provided your custom tunes. DO NOT RUN A CAI WITHOUT A PROPER TUNE.

sct is great for tuner service but they dont know much about the tunes from what ive heard. i would contact them either way, and i would order a custom tune from tillman or bamachips.

I'm surprised that this problem occured for you because I installed the JLT CAI with the SF3 tune and I have had no problems. The problem is probably that when you ordered your custom tune you might have forgotten to include the JLT CAI as an engine mod.

Well... I contacted SCT today and low and behold, my brain is the only one with the issue. Apparently, the SCT tuners come loaded with a tune meant for stock vehicles AND the custom tune that i pre-ordered with my vehicle specifications. Guess which tune I loaded . Everything works great now after I loaded my custom tune. Sorry for the thread lol
