How do you adjust headlights on a 2005 Mustang?

Right bumper cover was hit. How do I adjust the right headlight. Can't see any adjustment screws
Do you have to remove the bumper cover.
Most headlights have 2 adjusters - one for vertical and one for horizontal. What am I missing?

not sure but i ordered a book that has all specs from ford and pics of how to fix them so i should be able to tell you on friday.

The Ford shop manual goes into detail about how the pattern should look but fails to tell HOW and WHERE to adjust the headlights.

if you open your hood and look at the back of the headlight, you'll see a while thing sticking out. it requires a star screw head (don't remember the name of it ).

yes i love to fill my posts with loads of technical terms as you can tell lol.
i was confused at first too but once you go take a look you'll see its the only thing that could be for adjusting.

You do not need to remove the bumper cover. Simply open the hood and you will see a green box that comes out of the headlight. Use a phillips head screw driver to adjust the light up or down.

yes what they said phillips screw driver open hood and adjust the vertical height there is no horizontal adjustment.

Found the adjuster. It also has a hex shaped adjuster outside the phillips inner adjustment slot. I tried all my hex head blades but the 1/4" is too large and the others are too small. This would appear to be less likely to strip when adjusting but seems to be some wierd size that isn't normally found in the range of hex blades.
