Think overfilling the oil by 0.2 quarts is cause to worry?
Gave my car an oil change yesterday but I got my quarts mixed up with litres. Dang imperial/metric nonsense So instead of 5 quarts I poured in a 5 litre jug of Mobil1 which according to the calculator is 5.2 quarts. Off the bat I wasn't that worried, especially since the supercharger sucks up some oil while the engine is running but I'm about to take the car on a 2000 KM road trip and feeling a little paranoid. Think I should bother trying to drain it?

It's hard to be exact (I hate dipsticks) but with the car level and given a few hours to settle it looks like the oil is up to the top hole on the dipstick or above..sometimes (again I hate dipsticks, they never seem to tell me the same thing twice).

You should be fine, the cars lose / use about (between a tea spoon and a table spoon) every 80 or so mile via blow by.

you'll be ok with only small amt. over..... too much can blow seals
Maybe its just me,,,but why would it blow a seal? the "oil Pan" is just a holding resevoir for the fluid. The pump sets immersed in the oil. It shouldnt matter if its overfilled as long as it doesnt make contact with the crank journals, which would cause splashing and some friction slowing the crank,,very little. The oil pump does not build up pressure anywhere except in the lines and that is as long as it can draw from the pan.
I would agree, would take a fair bit extra to cause problems!
