Any Suggestions? 2005 V6 with Procharger automatic transmission question

I just got my 2005 V6 automatic Mustang back from the shop after having a Procharger Stage II installed. The performance is awesome. 350 HP at the flywheel and 280 HP to the rear wheels. Being new to supercharged engines, I don't really know what to expect from the retuning. The transmission was tuned to a more aggressive shift pattern. I've noticed a few things. It is slow to shift into reverse and when it does, it hits pretty hard. (This may be normal, but I'd like to know if anyone else has seen this.) Tonight I accelerated hard and it seemed to miss a shift, or at least it did not sound right. The "wrench" light came on and stayed on until I shut off the engine. On restart, the light went out and the transmission seemed to shift ok, although I did not push it again.
Is it possible that the retune (on the transmission) is too aggressive? It will get rubber dropping into 3rd gear. Any advice on what is safe? (Meaning - I don't want to replace the transmission in a week)

i know for me when i had a turbocharged v6 with an auto i had the shift hard into reverse issue as for the wrench light i had that stock at 9k miles and it was the throttle body or throttle positioning sensor, something cheap and easy to fix but you will continue to get that wrench, the problem jus gets worse, turning it off and back on works for awhile but its just a pain.

I would talk to your tuner about your issues though, it might have just miss shifted due to the throttle issue though.

In my auto 2005 V6 there was a TSB concerning "harsh reverse engagement"---heavy shift into Reverse with a thud. Car was under warranty at the time, dealer changed solenoids and other transmission parts to fix. But this car was stock, no custom tunes.

mine has done the hard into reverse thing a time or 2. it might be a rpm thing. usually it would be right after a cold start backing out of the drive. a couple times in a year hasnt bothered me. since you have just poured a bunch of cash into that set up, i would persue it. start with your shop who did the install

you know my 2008 does that too, although its usually when backing into the driveway after driving home from wherever.
