What is that bar that attaches diagonally on the hood so that when you close the hood it catches the hood latch? I need to know the name of it so I can find one

not sure,,hood latch bar? but i think moss muscle has some chrome ones what you want is shelby hood pins

+1 on hood pins..or if your too scared to drill into your hood like me...get fake ones! not sure of the exact name tho

Haha well ya I though so too I bought the hood pins but my hood is a trufiber something or other it looks just like the trufiber venom so i cannot put the hood pins on where they were on my last one they'd have to be more toward the edges of the car and I don't know where I'd mount them to the radiator support that far out... Any ideas? I need it tomorrow around noon so if all else fails I will have my dad weld on some brackets about the headlights.
