Would they fit on a v6? I found a guy on craigslist selling the front and rear sway bars off his GT500 for $180.
Thanks in advance!

There are a lot of other suspension mods done to a GT500 because of the weight and power of the car. Springs, brakes, a-arms,etc. So while the part might fit, it wll not be balanced or engineered correctly for your car. There is a reason why different models have different parts. You may find your ride hard and unsettling. Putting a motorcycle chain on a bicycle doesn'i make it a Harley. Careful before you spend the money.
just a thought but i think the gt bars are thick enough for a v6. my car has no sway in it. none. not even over exaggerating. the gt500 bars would be a better upgrade for a gt i would think

It would be interesting to know exactly what diameter the GT500 bars are. They may very well be the same size as the GT ones.
Then again they may not be. I doubt you'll have a problem with them being too much for your car. If I were you i'd look into some lowering springs to complement them because your car will still have some body roll, even with the sway bars. The bars help but if you really want handling you're going to need a full set up; springs, struts, panhard, uca/lca's, sway bars and a strut brace. If you do it right the car should ride like its on rails.

maybe look on ebay for gt500 handeling or suspension kit, if you click on my threads and scroll down I have a thread about it. It's a takeoff from greenleafprime. I haven't bought it, and prob won't but this guy said he did buy it and it is really awesome, i don't think it was very much money either, and don't know how complete it is, because I don't know much about suspension stuff. Anyway, greenleafprime is a good seller, i bought my mufflers from there and they are exactly like the pictures
