have been getting a dead battery almost over night for a few nights and I did notice that the green A/C button back lite is lit when everything is off.and all other lights are off.

a real low battery can cause funny things. first thing i would do is pull the cables off the battery, clean, clean, clean again. thats very important and could stop it from charging via the alternator. put a charger on it and get it to full charge( if it will) if it has caps on top, pop em and see how the water looks in the cells. use a flashlight. should be nice and clear and full. 1 cloudy cell means its no good. and it most likely wont take a full charge. then if thats not it, you eliminated the first step

Once you run a car starter battery flat a few times, its toast. Especially if its the 3 year old stock one. Replace it.

i had alot of comp issues from the stock batt that wouldent take a charge fully
lighining and electric stuff going haywire...

It's normal to lose a few cells after about 3 years. The OEM batteries aren't all that great.
