Default Yet another exhaust question

Ok i need some advice. I have a single axel-back flowmaster on my 2009 at the moment, although I have a set of gt take-offs in the garage. I found a good price on a 05 gt bumper cover, I just need to paint it to match my car.
I am wondering if it would be worth it buy the bumper and put the gt take-offs on or should I stick to the single flowmaster?
The single flowmaster I'm sure will sound better but will it still have better preformance than dual gt mufflers?
I would like to find the driver side flowmaster to match the other but I only see them being sold in sets?
The bumper will cost me $75 than about $250 to paint, plus whatever it will cost a muffler shop to make and install new pipes.
Any advice on what I should do?

i think you should do the dual i was in the same situation with my 98 and i had a single flowmaster on it and it cost me 350 for them to put a dual catback gt system with an extra flowmaster on the other side since i already had one it sounds great i think its worth it...

well it was 100 for the flomaster but they put brand new piping on both sides the catback which usually runs about 3something plus new hooks and exhaust tips plus labor so it was a pretty good price i think but its worth it

go dual. dual GT's will sound better than a single flow, IMO. 325 for the bumper painted, and add in about 100 for the install with new pipes and you got yourself a deal. sell the single flow for 100 and you are good to go!

I think that I kind of want to keep the flowmaster and get a second one. Before the flowmaster I installed a single gt muffler. It was nicer than the stock but I wasn't impressed with it.
Have any of you installed the gt bumper before? Is it difficult? What should i expect to pay for a shop to build new pipes and install them?

i already siad, it shouldnt take too much more than 100 for a shop to make/install some custom pipes

ive had my rear bumper off, its not a big deal. just a few bolts and the marker lights. you can see the bolt location in the online manual post in the stickys at the top of the forums. the dual gt`s sound better than a single. save some cash and cut your bumper. you can always change it later

there is no flowmaster for the left side of the V6. the gt flowmasters have larger diameter tips.

Well that sucks, guess I will just install the set of gt mufflers I have and sell the flowmaster. I picked up the bumper last night, got it for $60

good luck man! be sure to post a vid of the sound

also it probably depends what kind of pipes you get. I think if you get independent or straight pipes it's probably less....mine was only 107 bucks for new pipes and install etc.....but that's the cheapest I think anyone has seen
