Default Differances between MSD 6AL and Screamin' Demon

Hey guys,
Can anyone give some pro's and con's on the MSD v. Screamin' Demon? I have a 2006 V-6 daily driver with a highway commute of about 45 miles one way. I am looking for power diffs and effects on mileage specifically.

Thanks,

i installed the demon and livewires and posted it on here. since then this last year alot of guys have bought the coil and most feel it made not a huge but a increase in performance. it was my second mod( after exaust). the testimonial ( and dirty engine bay pics) on the bottom of the page on performance distributors site is from me ive never tried the msd, but a bunch of guys use their wires. i would think their coil would be comparable but never checked the specs on it. either way, i would think the coil and hi-po wires producing increased spark would help with mpg. then again, i didnt really get it for that reason also, i was nearing 50,000 and was ready to replace my wires anyway, so adding the coil just made sense to me.

I don't believe MSD makes a coil for the 2006-V6 like the Screamon Deamon coil if thats what you are referring to..

I have the Screamin' Demon and LiveWires shipping to me this week, I can let you know how things go for my V6.

I've used MSD coils on CJ7's and never been disappointed, obviously not a fair comparison, but I do like the brand.

I've heard nothing but good things from folks with the Demon coil.

I've had my Screamin' Demon, wires, and new plugs for a week now.

If you have an automatic V6, you need this upgrade.
It all but gets rid of that muddled, laggy sensation when you press the accelerator and the engine hesitates then rev's up and shifts.

Does it give you more horsepower? I'm not sure.
What I noticed was better throttle response, more torque when you pull out (yeah you can feel the difference here), and faster "giddy up" when I press down on the pedal.

I have a CAI and a custom tune, so I'm not stock but I'm also not heavily modded. The custom tune I have seems to work great with the new coil and wires. The parts have a year warranty on them and Performance Distributors had the order out to me in less than 3 days.
