Default Tokico D-Specs With Stock Springs?

I was wondering if it is possible to run the tokico shocks and struts with the stock springs on a 2008 V6. I'm considering getting them, but I don't want to lower my car and worry about scraping the bottom on things.

it should still work on stock springs, the only thing is your spring rate won't be at the similar level as the shocks. that goes with the type of driving you do as well. to me there wouldnt be a good equalibrium cause theres a lot of bumps and stuff, so most of the work will be going into the struts. if you dont drive hard much then there shouldnt be too much to worry about. i went with the eibach sportline with tokico d spec and 18s. i have to go slow over speed bumps and worry about scraping and i have scraped the exhaust pipe plenty of times but im willing to take the sacrifice. also my driving isnt really that mellow either so ya.

Okay I see what you mean, thanks for the input. I may look into getting springs that don't go as low as the eibachs. I think the steeda springs lower it less than those so maybe that can be an option.

Actually I found some springs from H&R that look more like what I'm interested in. Does anyone have experience with their OE Sport springs. They are supposed to lower the car about .75"

Much better stock springs on the d-specs than lowering springs on the stock dampers.
