Default Draining and Re-filling Cooling System

I'm getting ready to replace my thermostat housing body later tonight, I have a slight crack in it and i'm tired of dripping anti-freeze!

Can someone refer me as to how you should drain the anti-freeze out of the engine? I was looking for the pit **** on the lower half of the radiator but didn't see anything? I know typically you just release all of the anti-freeze from that drain plug and that's it.

When re-filling it, doubtful but are there any special procedures to worry about other then filling it back up through the top of the radiator?

Thanks guys

There is a drain on the passenger side bottom of the radiator.
