About how much power adding shorty headers to a supercharged app?
I know it'll vary but I'm trying to get an idea of the benefit of installing headers in my car. The exhaust system right now is stock except for a Flowmaster muffler, if I'm pushing 12 PSI of boost roughly how much power am I likely to add with headers?
I might just install them to get a better exhaust sound but more performance would be nice too

You will get a bit of horse power simply because your dumping exhaust gases faster and freeing up[ restriction in the motor. How much is anyones guess if i were to guess 6-8 hp.

Shorty headers are worth only about 3-5 horse on a blown motor. You'll make more power with a good hi-flow x-pipe! Best case we've seen was from JBA ceramic shorties with a Paxton 2200 pushing 14psi and we made 8rwhp on our dyno.
We've made 22rwhp from the new magna-flow x-pipe with metallic cats. Plus you gotta figure the labor times to install headers vs a simple x-pipe. One is an add day affair, the other is less than an hour.
Another alternative is running the new Ford Racing throttle body or convert to a GT500 throttle body. On a supercharged car we usually see about 10rwhp throught the entire curve.
You can always e-mail me if you have any questions.....

I don't think you will see much with shorties. I don't think long tubes would be any better. They are long to tune the scavenging pulses which I don't think matter as much when supercharged, since the supercharger blows right through during valve overlap.
I put GT duals on my V-6 and I think it is way too much exhaust for the car, even with the supercharger.
With the supercharger it isn't as much of any issue, but if it was N.A. it would probably get better low end with smaller exhaust pipes and long tube headers.
