$80-150 depending on type of wire etc. for the wiring for the amplifier.
Probably 3-5 hours install time @$50-100 hour installer dependent.
Im assuming you have an amplifier and subs are in an enclosure already.

Prices are all over the map on car audio stuff, I'm just giving it a quick estimate.

It's a very easy install it only should take about an hour for a basic install if not less if you have done some electrical work before. I amd work and dont have the write up but type in sub installation and you should find a thread on it the only thing that it tells you that I cant right off the topp of my head is what color you splice in to in the factory trunk speakers to get the signal.

How many watts RMS are you running and have you looked at any wiring kits.

Also make sure you double check your sub wiring so you are sending your amp/amps a decent ohm load. May have to series or parallel the dual voice coils on the subs depending on your setup. Let us know how it turns out

My subs are where my spare tire would be but if you have a box on top of the trunk mat you could drill holes for the wires down the box to run in your spare tire space. How is your set-up going to be.
