What Are You Guys Running? Also I Want To Swap The Rear End Out For An 8.8 And I Would Like To Know Whats Involved In That, Is It Like The Old faxbodies just Swap Everything Easily I Your Driveway Or What? Are All The Mounting Points The Same as The v6? Can I Use An Old 5.0 8.8? Whats The deal? You Know What They Say When Your Prepping A Car For Power start From The back. also when you reply Can You post your 1/4 times too just so i can see how im doing?

the swap is easy. did mine on jack stands in 2 hours using hand tools. everything is the same, only a few things to pull off the stock and transfer to the new one. i went with 3:73s and the t lock. the t lock is the best part of the mod. i love it. 14.9 is pretty good on a stock car.

yeh i was thinking about swapping gears to a 373 or a 410, but i am Not Sure About The Drivability Of The 410, So I Just Order Up The Rear End from A GT And Bolt It In Then? What Gears Would Y'all Suggest To Go With ?
People will most often stand by the 4.10s for the auto. But since I see you are not that far from me here in wonderful Ontario I can tell you that if you plan on driving the car in the winter the 4.10s may be a little bit to much.

4.10's with a t lok will greatly improve the 1/4 time. actually, 14.9 is AMAZING for a stock car. stock is usually around 15.2 with a good driver. i have 4.10's t lok, CAI, 93 race tune, and full dual exhaust and my best is 14.485

what is it like driving on the hwy with 410s, what rpm are you sitting at when your doing 100kmh (60ish)? the car is an automatic, and its not compleatly stock. theres a green filter in the stock airbox and when I Went Down The track I Took The OD Off And Instead Of Leaving It In Drive I Shifted it From 1st Up To Drive At About 5G.
Can't tell you exactly at 60ish mph. With the stock 3.31 gear at 70,just around 2000 rpm's.With the 3.73 gear, you will be turning appox. 200-250 more rpm's.With the 4.10 gear, appox. 375-425 more rpm's with the auto. The 4.10's aren't really a good gear for highway driving.More for street/strip.The 3.73 is still good for highway and gives you good street/strip performance. If I change mine out,I'll go the 3.73 geared rear end with the T-lok.Oh,if you haven't changed the stock muffler yet,DO IT ASAP.Frees up about 5-10 more HP.The cheapest way to go is the GT take-off muffler.Hope this helps you.Oh,I'd leave the OD off and leave it in drive.Probably shifts a little quicker that way.

Reason: Added Info.
You will have to order a rear end from a new model mustang, but install should be easy. I would look into 3.73 gears. A CAI and tune as well as exhaust will help on power. Your times are good.
