Default Will 2010 front end fit my 2006 V6 Mustang?

I love the front end of the new 2010 mustangs, but hate the rear end.
I have a 06 pony package stang and wanted to know if anyone has thought about swaping out the front end of the 2010 to the 2005-09 body.
I know the 2010 stang is a tad bit smaller then the 05-09's but my question is will it work and what do you fellow mustangers think of the swap?

I have the same opinion as you do, love the front end but not so impressed with the rear end. However the more I look at them the more it grows on me.

I'd be interested in knowing if this is possible, I mean yes - I've seen people make a 4 dr charger into a 2 dr coupe if you have the skills/time/money. So what you're looking for doesn't seem too unrealistic. I'm just wondering if the 2010 stang will match up close enough or if the lines in the car are just too different.

I'll be watching to see if anyone else knows for sure!

Great idea, thanks for posting the question.

Unfortunately I don't think the 2010 bumpers are compatible with our 2005-09s.

I do like the new 2010 V6 bumpers though!

If you look at their headlights & grills, they are a different shape from ours.

you'd have to change the fenders and hood also. the fenders wouldnt line up with your doors so unless you want to get into alot of work Id say no it wouldnt be a easy convert...but as you said anything is possible. Ill bet someone out there will do it.
