Hey can anyone tell me where I can locate these switches? I am trying to figure out if thats whats causing my Alarm to act weird. It acts like something is open when there's not and I get 2 beeps and also my turn signals don't flash. The ones in bold are the main ones I am concerned about since I had recent body work in those areas.

One thing to note is: The center console does not detect anything being open. thx guys

• Anti-theft hood switch

• Door ajar switches

• Door arm/disarm switch

• Luggage compartment lid ajar switch

• Luggage compartment lid anti-theft inhibit switch

do you have the button under your steering colume? just need to know what system you have. active(with button/passive w/o)? also what did they fix at the body shop?

if it is there you would see it, just a little push button

at the shop they painted and fixed the passenger door and also the hood. Im pretty sure they removed both to paint them.

if it is the door, the switch is in the latch , the hood i will have to see , that i am not sure. might also be the latch. BTW it sounds like you got the assive alarm.

hey thx for the input scicco999 just thought I'd update the situation. Well it turns out that the problem was the hood after all. when they replaced the fender, they forgot to install the switch back on the new fender so when I opened it up today to have a look around I looked around the fuse box and voila there it was laying there. I grabbed a bolt and fixed her right up. now the alarm is working like it should. One flash of the lights, One Beep. thx for the input guys.

right on, i was looking in the service manual and if it was something else it is a little fun to track down
