I don't know how to remove the bracket holding the fuel filter on. It seems to wrap almost all the way around the filter and its too tight. Is there a special tool i need to remove it? I have everything off just need to remove the bracket from the filter but cant. I need help! Ill post a pic in a few min.

That black bracket is what i cant remove if someone can tell me how to remove it that be great!

just move the fuel line out of the way and slide the filter forwards or backwards ,whichever has the most clearance.looking closer at the photo seems like it should slide forward,,avoiding the seam at the front

Thanks so much. For some reason I thought I had to unclip it from the bracket some how. I spent 20 min trying to figure it out lol but all I had to do was remove the 2 gas lines then slide it forward like you said and it came right off. Thanks again for your help!
