Could be a wheel bearing. How long has it been since you noticed it?

it already had 19,000 miles when i bought it. the salesman said it was a natural noise. i took it on the highway for 300 miles one way. at highway speeds you can hear the roar over the flomaster and moderate radio volum. i will take it back next week. thanks for the advice

You better get a new salesmen then because that's def not natural. Another person who sells cars but knows nothing about them...

3yr. 36,000 mile manufacturers bumper to bumper warrenty. if the dealer you bought the car from tells you it is normal bring it to the next closest ford dealer quick, so they can't pull the "over the mileage" excuse. the more you complain about the noise the sooner they'll put new wheel bearings on it.

thats about the stupidest thing ive ever heard. my car has 65,000 on it and there are no noises other than my exaust. the longer you drive it, the more damage you are causing.
