Default 2007 Mustang manual trans performance gains with tuner?

I have been considering getting a CAI and tuner combo for my 07 V6 manual, but I wonder if there really is any measurable performance benefit? I have a GT dual exhaust system and I'm happy with the look and sound but I have seen no change in performance.

Has anyone been able to document any increase in performance with a CAI and tuner on a manual transmission V6? I mean did it shorten your quarter mile time or knock 1 or 2 tenths off the 0 to 60 time?

yeah, there's a huge difference. average gains for an sct tuner on the 05-10 v6 is something like 22 horses and intakes add another 3-5

so something like 25 horsepower.

Yeah I have heard that the SCT tuner's add an average of about 15-20 horses to bone stock 6 shooters. If you get a custom tune for a higher octane it goes up drastically as well. If you get a tune for a higher octane + have other bolt ons (CAI, Headers, Throttle body, xpipe, etc...) it goes up even more. So basically the tune makes everything better. If you want some reviews and wanna see what people are saying, check out this page : SCT SF3/X3 Power Flash Mustang Custom Tuner - 3rd Generation SCT XCalibrator - FREE SHIPPING! Scroll down to the bottom and click on "view all reviews". This might help you get an idea of what other folks are saying.
