Default Dynamic Imbalance?

K So Heres What Happened.....Last Night I Was Flying Home From Work Just Ripn About The Hwy With A Turbo AE86, Not Racing But Just Driving With A lil Weight Under The Ol Foot.....Well After About 30 Min Or So I reached My Exit Ramp. And Started To Slow Down When This HUGE Vibration Started.....My First Thought Was I Busted A Spark PLug......I Have Done That Before And It Felt And Sounded Exactly The Same......But When I Got Off The HWY And Was Sitting At a Red Light...I Reved The Motor A Few Time And It Was Revn And Idling Fine.....I Finished My Drive Home Without A Problem...I Even Brought It Up To Speed To See If It Would Happen Again....But Nothing.....So I Parked And Went To Bed.....Got Up This Morning For Work And It Still Wasnt Doing It...I Decided To Drive With No Music To Listen.....But It Didnt Do It....But What I Did Notice, Is That Around 120k The Car Starts To vibrate..And It Goes Away if I Go Slower Or faster...Almost Like A Dynamic Imbalance Causing A Harmonic Resonence From The Torsional Vibration...Like A DriveShaft.....But After What Happened The Night Before...I Dont Know What The Heck Is Going On.....Are Theese Two Seperate Things Or Are They Related...And What The Heck Are They/

maybe you have a u joint or the split driveshaft failing? maybe a loose rim/tire? just a wild guess. doesnt sound like its from the motor, cant think of too many things that would account for a HUGE vibration.

Limedoustang!!!!!! Took your advice and got a rebalance, my buddy at crappy tire said it was way off, and the second I started driving I could feel the difference and when I got it up to speed it was as smooth and cushy as my girlfriends plus size model a** , though now I don't have an excuse to get an aluminum driveshaft. Hmmm

NICEE..i think its those construction zones, ive rattled my car enough times on those..the vibration will come back once u do a few runs on the 401 etc. but significantly less.
im still gonna get the alum driveshaft soon enough though, and im so amazed at this weather, november and still pretty nice out..god doesnt want me to garage my baby just yet. *knock on wood*
