You have to call her fat and ugly everyday and she'll eventually get thinner, lol. jk.

The front seats do weigh a good amount. most after market's can weigh less. You could just take the passenger side out for the track. Sound deadener will take a few lbs off too. Tubular K memeber will take a good amount of weight off too.

Wheels. Depending on what you have, can be pretty heavy.

Also an aluminium driveshaft will help on the rotational mass. That and lighter wheels should make a large weight difference.

How far are you willing to go with this? Strip your interior completely? Remove your air conditioning? Remove your audio? Swap your seat for a race seat? Remove your headlights?

You can take out your back seats...thats about 10 or so...
But if you are concerned with something that also looks good, American Muscle sells a Rear Seat delete kit..so does Rear Seat Delete.com

Other things you can do...are taking out the trunk panel...thats a good 2-3 pounds...and of course your spare and jack(I'd wait til I actually got to the track or DYNO before I took it out)

But these things are just nit-picky..if you had lots and lots and I mean LOTS of money, you could have all your sheet metal panels replaced with Carbon Fiber ones...that would reduce A TON of weight.
I know a guy here who has an S-95 with a Carbon Fiber body..it also has a 10 1/4 mile and is a V6

Steeda has a radiator support bracket that weighs alot less than the factory one.
At the track you can remove you front sway bar
You can move the battery to the trunk. (No loss but good for weight transfer)
A complete tubular front suspension.
Replace the rear quarter windows and rear window with plexiglass.(huge weight savings)
Have a company make you fiberglass body panels like Vaughn Gitton uses.
Have a custom prodump offroad exhaust.
Use the Maximum Motorsports lite weight 17" rims.
Race with less gas.
