Default Oil pressure sensor install

I am installing an Autometer electric oil pressure gauge and I need to know exactly how and where to install the sensor. I would like to keep the factory one also. The threads on the 2006 V6 are metric, so finding a T block is impossible. Is there another location it can be installed or has anyone found the proper fittings to make a T and make a good install.

Desperate in Plant City

I admit I do not know anything about the factory oil pressure sensor but, cant you just piggy-back on the factory to drive your autometer?

Default oil pressure install

No one has installed an aftermarket oil pressure gauge on their V6 while keeping the stock sensor?
