Default Changing from Stock rims to 18 inch rims

i have a 2006 mustang. i know that the rims size is 16 inches, and i plan on getting 18 inch rims in about 2 weeks. i read in one of the threads that a wheel stop is nessecary to buy. i tryed search other thread for this, but i give up look, so i want to know are these expensive? Are these hard to install?

you won't need it if you don't crank the wheel all the way over i believe. Its a ford part that you can pick-up from the dealer or from the junkyard

I put 18" wheels and tires on my car and did not change the wheel stops and everything fits perfect.
