Exclamation 2008 mustang v6 electrical issues?! Help!?!

Ok.where do i even begin...

It all started two months ago..my cruise control stopped working...out of the blue it just stopped..for a few mins i could get it to work after pressing it several times, but then it just said eff it and stopped all together.the next day i started it up,worked just fine *of course*.

Took it to the ford place since i had the day off anyway and they took off a recall and said theres nothing wrong,we cant GET it to mess up...
cause and effect!a machine just doesnt screw up for no dang reason..and leave no trace, there is not ghosts in my pink mustang!..irked i let it go and two months later..(now three days ago).i dont drive it for maybe two days..i unlock it put the key in and try to start it...ninnnnninnnn.. nothing. next thing i know my cd player is shuffling like its possessed! now my car wasent on the cd player CERTANILY wasent on..my car couldnt start!i knew the battery was dead so i had to call my father to come 30 miles to jump me off.im going to vere for one second*awhile back my moms 07 mustang had the cd player shuffling thing happen to her and it shuffled all night with no cds in it and ran her battery dead,i thought this had happened to me,wtf shaker pos cd player?! to be safe my dad took out her battery and replaced it,the ONLY thing that had to be reset was my moms windows, when u open the door they go down a little and when u shut it they go up right..well dad had to reset that now..this is what happened to me*...my dad jumps me off and as soon as juice got to that battery my car went nothing short of completely freaking psycho....my alarm went off..my lights in my car all of them on my car were flashing,my dash board i mean everything was going insane.and we could not shut it off. we took the battery off and it stopped. as soon as he took off the cable and put it back on it went nuts again. he found the fuse to the horns and took it off. well my lights still went nuts .now i dont know what my dad did but we got it drivable and i drove it to the dealership.the message on the console said tire pressure, monitor fault..then when the monitor fault (or something like that) shut off it said sensor failure, at the dealership it was there problem. after a day of no word i go back up there and they have the balls to tell me it was my mod led lights under my car.. ive had these lights on my car since i bought the car..well they are draining ur battery he said..even when they arnt on..its cause ur not driving ur car enough to recharge ur battery.. i thought i was in the twilight zone..now let me explain why..when i went off to basic training in fort jackson,i was gone for several months. my parents drove my car once a week and the rest of the time it was parked in a garage...and this never happened..not once. when i got back my car was fine. there is nothing wrong with the wiring as far as my lights are concerned. the guy said look u know its not the lights and i know damn well its not the lights but..we have to just say it IS THE LIGHTS!.. i said do the hell what! so u know its not the lights..and ur telling me it is..he put the fuse to my lights in my console. so they are disconnected.. i had to pay 100 bucks for them to tell me it wasent something they said it was but it wasent..my car got drove around and as soon as he hit the alarm...it went insane again.. and he drove it back to the shop to "reprogram the alarm system" do u have another remote to ur alarm thats not factory!? ummm no?. well i have to reprogram it..
so hours later i had to leave and come back..to find a guy sitting in my car listening to my xm radio...he said the guy who worked on my car wanted him to stay and make sure the alarm didnt freak out when u turned the engine off and restarted it.. i was like omg..well i can see we really fixed the problem confidently. it started all fine but i just know my car like i know myself and it wasent fixed i could feel it.i cant explain it but i just knew she was still broken. i drove her back home. and hit the alarm twice it honked like it should the lights flashed i was almost at ease then it gave this muffled honk and the lights flashed again i want to say 5 seconds after the alarm honked. like a little extra honk with flashing lights. oh great! in my apartment i heard a car going off but i didnt think about it cause mine never has went off before.the sound stopped and on the phone with my mom i was standing at the window when another alarm went off i just happened to look outside and it was MY CAR GOING OFF. there was nothing by it its clearly lit outside and there wasent squat around it.my keys *both sets* were laying on my table..and i didnt press them.i told my mom what was happening got my keys and walked on my blacony and it stopped.then not 15 seconds later it started again for no reason.i unlocked it and locked it again.it hasent done it since its been two hours maybe..WITH THE LED LIGHTS DISCONNECTED FROM UNDER MY CAR. tyvm.
can anyone help me with this as to what they think it could be?
any help at all i would greatly appreciate

Have you ever had any problem with water leaks on the passenger side?

The security system must have a faulty wire, or pin switch. Even a bum remote can cause the alarm to activate though it is rare that a remote fails.

There are pin switches for the hood and trunk that can fail causing the system to activate. Anyone who has locked the car and closed but not latched the trunk and bounced the trunk lid a couple times has probably experienced the alarm going off. A faulty pin switch can cause similar activation of the alarm system.

What Stlwagon was referring too is a problem a small number of Mustangs have with water leakage on the right A-pilar which is located along the front windshield and runs towards the floor. There is a computer inside the kick panel on the passenger side that can get water damaged.

You might try another service department. There has to be a competent electrician at some dealership.
