Default V6 Stalling Need Help for my sister

Hi everyone, my sister has a V6 Mustang, Its an 05, unfortunately I'm out of state and can't help her with whats going on. It keeps losing power while she's driving at highway speeds and while around town it will stall if she gets close to idle. The Ford techs in the past have cleaned her throttle body, but I'm not sure what else might be going wrong. She says the whole car is shuddering and shaking when it starts happening. My dad and I think it may be misfiring on a cylinder, but since we are 1500 miles away there's nothing we can do for her.
I want to send her into someplace educated as to what might be going wrong so she doesn't get taken advantage of. Does anyone have an idea or has someone experienced the same problem?
I've downloaded the trouble codes and have instructed her to go to Autozone and get them checked, is there an ignition trick she can do to bring up the codes without needing an OBDII?

Thanks folks, just trying to help out my sister.

never had this problem, but the '05's are notorious for having a few more problems than the '06-'10. sounds like it could be either spark plugs or maybe an alternator. check to see if the plugs are on all the way. if they are then i would go ahead and replace them since it's pretty inexpensive.

First I Would Get An OBD2 And See What The Codes Are Saying.... Cause It Might Be Something With The Mass Air And Cause You Had guys Messn With Your TB, If Thats All Ok Then i Wold Check The Fuel System....Change The Fuel Filter And Throw In Some Fuel Injector Cleaner, If Would Prob Be A Good Idea To Change The Spark Plugs As Well....Reply Back And let Me Know How It goes.

welcome to the forums. my first thing would be replace the fuel filter. simple common problem. it could be the fuel pump, but she would have to have that checked with a pressure gauge setup by a shop
