Well, boys, mine arrived today, and I can confirm that the switch and wire harnes does indeed come with the kit. I will post pics when I install it on my sonic blue, but it may be a while. I am storing it until the snow disappears.

Wombat, I will PM you pics directly.

Alrighty NewStangOwner! Thanks, i'll be looking for them since we have the same color. So many mods...so little money. This grill and the SCT X-CAL2 are about the same price....now if I can just decide which one to get past the tool wench (that's wife for all you single guys) without a nuclear detonation.

They don't answer e-mails either. But I noticed they didn't waste anytime processing the charge against my credit card. As much as I would like to have the grille and fog lights, I might cancel my order and spend my money with someone that cares. But I guess it's probably impossibe to cancel because you can't get in touch with them.

They made things right by me. In total, I had my grill in 21 days. I really dont know why I was so impatient since I wasnt putting it on right away, I just wanted it. Now it sits in its box, right next to some other appearance mods that I am going to when the weather is better. Going to had a "mod day".

Guess I am just being impatient. Tend to be that way with the Mustang. I want it yesterday if not sooner. Maybe this is a good thing - they have a very good product in high demand. Anyway, got some blue convoluted tubing so that I can start replacing all that black under the hood and keep my mind off of the grille.

I love the new 06 with the Pony option. There is a black one running around town that looks sweet. I may have to change my name to 3horseowner

I'm going to replace the black plastic tubing that is around the wiring. When you really start looking there is a lot of it. I figured a little color would help dress up the engine compartment. I'm getting it from Mustangs Unlimited. Use the address below and you will get an automatic 5% discount. The stuff is inexpensive and comes in various sizes and colors. Easiest way to find it is to do a search using Taylor. The tubing starts on the second page.

Default Follow Up to Waiting on Grille

It has now been four weeks since I ordered my 06 Pony Grille/Fogs Conversion kit from West Coast Performance. I have sent three e-mails.
First one got no reply. A week later sent another and got a reply with a day that the kit would be shipped. When this didn't happen I sent another e-mail asking if the kit had been shipped or what is the expected ship date. Got a great reply - "I will have to check and get back to you". Of course I am still waiting for an answer and took this as a Not Shipped.

I hope this kit is as good as everyone says it is. I am starting to get put out
needless to say. Especially since they hit my credit card with the charges the day they got the order and I don't even have a ship date after four weeks.

DTW, I too have had lots of issues recently with WCPP. I thought they did right by me a while ago, and it turned into a headache with lots of email and calls to them. Lisa was a major PITA to work with and would never give me the name of who she reported to. After 4 weeks, I finally got my refund that was promised to me. I can only assume that by reading your story, that you have been dealing with Lisa as well. THe repies sound the same. I guess I am lucky enough to have my product, but I will NEVER do business with WCPP again, and would discourage any of our member from doing so either. Too bad, because they make a good product, its just not worth the headaches. I would call them and demand to speak to whoever she reports to. THere has to be someone else.

The guy Lisa reports to is Charlie, who is also the guy that started this thread. You should PM him and let him know what's going on. I know they had problems initally getting wiring harness's, even though it only took 10 days to get my grill. I assure you that it is worth the wait. His email is wcpparts@aol.com. I'm sorry you're having this grief as I had such good service and response from them.

Just so you know, Lisa also checks that email box, so she will get your message first. I really think a call would be better. Take Lisa out of the mix.
