Crap! Just ordered one from them. Hopefully I won't have to wait forever for it...

So, for those who have installed this already, how much work are we talking about here. They say installs in 30 minutes or whatever. How much work is running the wires and installing the switch. I figure the grill should be easy, but how much do you have to take the dash apart??

I have mine, but havent installed it because my girl is in storage. I did watch the video they sent with it and it looks to be no big deal. I wouls say 30-45 minutes.

I too hope you dont have problems, but with recent history, it seems unlikely.

I've had mine for acouple of months. It was a piece of cake, all in all it took less than an hour. WCP makes it easy because they include everything. All you need are a few simple hand tools.

SInce the snow melted and it was reseaonably warm (40 degrees), I got the itch to install mine. Went pretty good. The wife even helped out. Here are some pics for Killer Wombat. Sorry for the links, my pics were too big for the site.

That looks AWESOME! I've decided this is what's next for me. Thanks for the photos. It definitely looks good to me on the blue. How long did it take you and the wife to install it?

45 miutes to an hour. The hardest part was thread the wires into the passenger compartment. I have a manal, and I think they sent me the harness for the Auto. The manual is supposed to have a lead wire to help pull it through. Mine didnt, so I had to make-shift something. The auto's just push through the aluminum sticker/cover and the manuals have to go through some foam insulation. The DVD you get with it shows you step by step. I took my laptop into the garage with me and walked right through it.

There now, wasn't that easy? Looking good! Your striping is awesome. Did you do that yourself? Painted or vinyl?

It was on the car when I bought it. They are currently vinyl, but there are some bubbles in it and I am getting a refund, and then having them painted on in the spring. I will be going with the same color, but with metallic chips to catch the sun.

Default Gave up. Cancelled Order

I had enough of being lied to about my order being shipped and cancelled my order after waiting seven weeks. WCP parts is the absolute pits to deal with. I told them I wanted an immediate credit issued to my credit card account - yeah, right - and if I didn't see one by the 14th I would have my credit card company do a charge back.

The grille and fogs are not worth it if you have to deal with noncaring lying people.

Everybody else I have dealt with has been fantastic. Think I will leave the grille just as it is. I don't have a GT and I don't have a 06 V6. It's a 05 V6 and I love it with or without fog lights.

I had such a great experience with WCP and I keep plugging them. But it sounds like they are having problems and maybe that's why they are not on eBay any longer. It's sad because they had such a good thing going.

Good luck getting the refund in a timely matter. Took me over 2 weeks to get it. I am glad I have my part, but will never do business with WCPP again, and would discourage any membe here to do so either.
