Default Free Rear Spoiler From Black 06 GT

I have a 2006 black GT coupe with the rear spoiler. I bought the car from the lot, otherwise I would have opted for the "spoiler delete". If anyone in the Atlanta area has a black V6 model or GT without spoiler that wants one, let me know. However, to make it easy and still look factory for both of us, I am proposing a basic trunk lid swap. I am trying to avoid body work. The spoiler will be free and I will even perform the swap for free. All I want is a trunk with no spoiler and no holes. The trunk lid is 4 bolts and a plug. I am looking tomorrow to see if the lock is a big deal to swap. I will post when I know.

Thanks For Listening,
Kevin

Is this a stupid idea or am I waiting for the right person to read it?

I'm with you. I have a Satin Silver Mustang with a spoiler that I wish didn't have one, but that's what I get for buying at a clearence sale and off the lot no less. If I could find someone local to do a switch with me, I'd do it in a heartbeat.
