Yes I have MA plates in the front and the back. I've asked some people in the area and most of them said it is illegal and I will be pulled over for it, although I see people with a plate cover similar to that with whatever car logo they have.

ask a cop...or call your DMV. Hell you could probably look up your states DMV laws online. And I do think that would look good. I just have a chrome one with the ford oval. Nice and clean, but in Colorado you only need a back plate.
I lived in Illinois, which issues both front and rear plates and I didn't put a front plate on any of my cars for many years and nothing was ever said to me.
So it may all depend on the area you live in and what laws are enforced, which ones are not and how may reasons you give the police to give you a hard time on any infractions of the law you made.
I don't think i need to give the police another reason to pull me over. The police in MA are INSANE when it comes to driving and traffic laws. technically you cant have anything, even an air freshener hangng from your rear view mirror. My city just bought allnew undercover vehicles including ford five-hundreds and chargers. Plus the staties are in everything from Impallas, to Mustang GTs. They don't give you a break either.

Wow that some mean cops. Yeah here in Colorado Springs they are no joke either. With most in crown vics and impallas, the staters are going to R/T Chargers, and our city cops have R/T Magnums, and one GT500! They just sit on the sides of the road in a dark area Fri, and Sat nights.
I think they guys in the station all wanted a GT500, but couldn't afford one so they pitched the idea to the chief so they could all drive on, cuz seriously... that's a lot of city money!
I'm all for law enforcement catching the "bad guy" but some of these tactics to catch speeders are insane. I don't understand why my town had to spend all kinds of money it DOESN'T have for chargers...I live in a small town with NO open roads, so I don't understand what the chargers can do that the standard crown vics can't. All I know is they make sure I'm the one paying off those damn cars thats for sure!

Well my town as I understand it is #1 in the US for illegal street racing.(or up there if it's not, but thats what I hear) So my town kinda has a reason. But honestly all the crashes in this town happend during the day time, and are always some stupid idiot, not a quick racer paying attention. I agree that all that money should be spent getting more serious criminals, and not me going 0-10 over in a few seconds!

It IS illegal in MA. They WILL pull you over.
You will also fail any inspection you try.
I just moved from MA last year and I'm glad I did.
The absolute worst state I have ever lived in!
The state and city govt are horrible, the local utilities are so screwed up they STILL won't cancel my utility bills even though the house was sold LAST November!!!
The gas company actually told me that "I" would have to let "them" in to turn off the gas!!
I repeated this back to them like this: "You want me to tresspass, break-and-enter, and to allow you to tresspass in a house I don't own, so you can take my name off the bill?!?!"
They were serious and replied, "well, we need to get in."
The NEW owner even tried to change it over (they have this on the file) and they wouldn't do it!!!
Same for the electric company!
I need some vallium.
Stuff like this has been going on for almost 9 years.
From electrical work that took the city TWO YEARS to complete inspections on, trash collection, zoning codes, city ordenances, etc.
RMV screwed up my plates and we get ticketed when an ILLEGAL ALIEN who spoke no English, driving at 20,000 pound CITY TRUCK plowed through my wife (in my old F150), drove OVER a Honda (2 people in critical condition), and took out TWO PARKED cars on the OPPOSITE side of the road!
He was probably drunk as he dissapeared right after the accident.
City wouldn't pay us anything, my insurance paid for damages, and the city cited US for THEIR mistake.
You can't own guns, you can't defend yourself, and you have NO RIGHT TO PROTECTION from the police.
"To serve the Public Trust", go look it up. It just means they do NOT have any DUTY to protect it's citizens The Public trust is just a fancy saying for PUBLIC AREAS. Keep order in public areas (City or State, NOT PRIVATE areas!).
Over the 8 years we were there, 3 calls to 911 went UNANSWERED.
Guys, if you live in MA, get the HELL OUT while you can!!
VT is the BEST!
People are friendly, the air is clean, and you can carry without a permit.
Love getting back my Constitutional rights that MA has taken away from everyone.
Sorry for the rant.

PS: Put your front plate on!

It said:
Standard Massachusetts license plates are easy to get from the Registry of Motor Vehicles and are relatively inexpensive. It costs $36 to get your first set of plates―Massachusetts requires both front and rear plates―and $41 for renewal. But Massachusetts offers a lot of options for vehicle owners to show their allegiances with fellow veterans, their favorite sports teams and the environment. Or you can create your own vanity plate. Of course, many of these plates are more expensive, but often the fees help pay for associated charities and funds.
