Default Preparations for selling a tuner

OK, I was just wondering.... If I wanted to sell my Xcal2 (just hypothetical) what would I need to do to it before selling it. Of course you would put the stock tune back in the car, but then what would you need to do to the tuner? What does unlocking it do? Would that clear out all the tunes and erase the memory of what car it has been hooked up to? I'm just wondering if I ever wanted to sell my tuner, what I should do to it first? Just load my stock tune back to the car and sell it as is? Or load the stock tune back to the car and then unlock the tuner? What would make it the easiest on the person buying it? If that person had the same computer code, would they be able to load the tunes already on it as if it were my car? Thanks!

I'd put the car back to stock and erase the device using the liveload3 software and then sell it.
