Is this what comes with the IUP or does the dash kit in the IUP bolt on?

Iup is not really a stick on like those are and that kit has a lot more than standard IUP.

IUP is the dash, door handles, different gauges, shifter (auto for sure) not sure about manual, my color and steering wheel. I think that is it.

The IUP does not have the trim arround the radio and on the console. It also looks like that trim is just satin finish and the IUP dash has etched horizontal lines. The IUP dash also has chrome vent louvers. They show the IUP steering wheel and chrome vents in their pic yet they don't come with the kit. If you install this kit on a non IUP pony, you will still have an all black steering wheel, black door pulls and black vent louvers

I also believe the Interior Upgrade Package includes the sill plates in the doors.

The description states it is made of plastic, and not aluminum like the OEM IPD from Ford.
