Default 2006 Mustang V6 Lower Traction Control Bars/Arms

I am getting ready to purchase and instal some lower control arms on my06 V6. Probably the same time I do the traction loc and 3:73 gears.
Not being able to get a good look under the car, recent surgery, I cant tell the difficulty level of the instal. I do notice though the originals are "weak" and have openings in them, some type of cable runs through the opening to the axle...brake lines?? will I need to re route these lines?
Or should I just have the guy doing the gears "handle It?"

Easy install on jackstands (on frame rails no axle). Will need to pull the wheels and remove the e-brake cable at the caliper so you can get the old ones off. Do one side at a time to prevent the axle from rotating on you. Hand lube the new bushings (even if they have grease fittings).

See atch instructions.

In step 7, I assume they mean "loosen" the lower control arm bolts. If you haven't taken the old ones off yet, why would you tighten them?

That's not to say I have never tightened a bolt and then discarded it, like the directions say. All you have to do is tighten it till it pops off. Then you can discard the nut *and* the bolt.
