I have one, I got it at Best Buy where all the other Ipod stuff are. All I remember is that the price is pretty high for it though.

The price for the "iTrip" is 64.99 at Best Buy...thank god my parents bought this for me.

yes do NOT get the peripheral attachment for the shaker system...it will mess up ur computer ...the itrip is good but best bet is new headunit with ipod adapter or cable....good luck...

yeah thats what everyone is sayin "get a new cd player" and i dont wanna take away the look of the one that comes in it cause i like it and it works just fine...and i dont have the shaker for ne one who was wonderin...

I gotta agree with rlassish. Get yourself an aftermarket head unit with an AUX port or a port that will allow you to get an AF ipod interface. DO NOT get the the FM transmitter. No offense to kn0x, but that thing sucks. It's like trying to a CD through a CB radio. Go with the first option. It will make your speakers sound better and you can take full advantage of your ipod. Best Buy has a bunch of the interfaces for $30 max.

I don't use the iTrip on my Mustang, I just got my Mustang today. Now that I know it screws with my computer(I have the shaker system), im not using it

go with what the others are telling you. get a aftermarket head unit and an ipod adapter for the new headunit. trust me you will save yourself and huge headach. cause everybody that tries to connect the ipod to the factory radio it screws with their computer. and they have nothin' but problems.

i got the alpine head unit 9870 and ipod adaptor...relatively inexpensive..there are some high price units out there...the guys at my local Audio Express hooked me up good...sounds awesome...nice to have 7500 songs to choose from and to b able to control everything fm the head unit...

ga...read above post...only way is new head unit as it stands right now...i wud love to have kept the shaker ...and use my ipod...
peripheral recommends removing thier product fm any mustangs until further notice..but they are good at standing by it

I called Perpherial, their tech said they no longer support their unit for the 2005 - 2007.

I checked all options and ended up getting the Alpine CDA9883. It took the guys a half hour to install it and it works perfectly and sounds great.. The total cost for the headunit and installation was 300.00.. It really is the only way to go to get the Ipod in the Mustang..

Yea, I read this other postings. Thank you for your witty remarks. If Peripherial stood behind what they sell, they would refund the cost of the adapter and the cost I had to shell out to Ford for pulling it out when my adapter went nuts.

I like the Shaker 1000 and paid good money for it to be in the car. I don't want an aftermarket head unit.
