2006 V6 Mustang gauge problems and exhaust questions.
I got my car back yesterday from Ford and sadly I don't have a warranty so I had to dish out $400 for all new fuel lines because I blew them not to long ago. I told Ford fix gauges and shift light. Now all the gauges do is go on. I really don't know what to do with these gauges. I have taken the car to 3 speed shops and all of them have tried but unable to fix. Any ideas, but besides that I got her washed and waxed. Here are some pictures.
and guys, I am really confused about what exhaust system to go with. I have about $600 to blow on exhaust. I love the SLP Loudmouth's and Off Road H-Pipe but will a Mustang GT H-Pipe fit on my car? or can I get the Pypes True Dual Violator Kit? Please let me know.

I have the Pypes True Dual setup with their x-pipe and midpipes (2.5") and two Flowmaster American Thunder mufflers for the mustang GT. They just ripped out the old y-pipe and midpipe and replaced it with my x-pipe and midpipes. I cut the holes myself with a dremel plastic cutting wheel and sanding attachment. I have a post about down the v6 page a bit. You can get a great sound exhaust system for less than $600. I think there is a v6 with the slp's on youtube. It sounded good, but I like my flows much better.
As for the gauges... I'll get back to you on that.
Okay, as for the gauges... either try to wire them yourself or demand the shop that did the install to fix it... I wouldn't take the car back from them if the gauges didn't work. I've actually stood at a mechanic's after getting my car back and noticing that nothing was fixed... demand it, you paid to have them wire them in, the job was never done. I would be very ticked if I was you.

Stock as can be, just trying to reverse the damage the previous owner caused.

Well at least the gauges are a pretty blue Also, may I inquire why you opted for a wideband A/F?? Planning on forced induction or just for peace-of-mind?

That's a narrow band in the pic

One of these for your sending units... then wire according to the diagram that came with the gauges. Your narrow band A/F just taps into your O2 wire for trigger then key on power and ground. A wiring diagram should have come with your A/F gauge.

The narrow band gauges usually hook into an O2 sensor before the cat. Be aware that the narrow band gauge is going to provide you with very little usable info about your air fuel ratio.
