the clutch and the brakes use the same dot3 brake fluid, hence the design to share resovoirs. but if your resovoir is almost empty, either your brakes are really worn, and that would explain the usage because the brake fluid fills the void behind the fully extended caliper pistons. or you have a leak either in your brake system or at most likely the slave. my advice to you is to start checking for leaks, since the slave is inside the
trans bellhousing, if its leaking you should see fluid loss at the bellhousing vent on the bottom of the
trans near the front. i hope this helps!
