First open your center console. At the back there are 2 screws that need to be removed. The pull up your shift boot by prying from the back (closest to you) and the lift the entire console out by pulling up from the back and then away from the dash. Remove the trim on the sides of the dash (to the left and right of the stereo) by pulling them toward you. Remove the 6 screws you see and then being careful not to rip any of the harnesses out, remove the stereo trim panel and disconnect the harnesses from the cigarette lighter and A/C controls. From there you should be able to remove the 4 screws that hold the factory head unit in, and pull the factory unit out. After that you're on your own.
