Default Bamachips 91 Octane Tune/CAI - Performance and MPG

Hi,
I purchased a 2007 V-6 (automatic) Mustang a few weeks ago (great car!). I am considering adding a CAI and BamaChips perfomance tune (91 octane). Does anyone know how this upgrade will affect MPG? I do a lot of highway driving and get about 19 - 22 MPG now burning 87 octane. Everything on the car is stock right now. Will I notice a positive difference in the performance of the automatic transmission?
Thanks!

yes you will notice a positive difference in performance, you might even chirp the tires in 2nd and 3rd gears..sometimes.
Your mileage will go down because you wont be able to resist the urge to jump on it.
I was getting better mileage than 19-22 mpg on my V6 before I put the mods on it. Now I am in the 20 -22 mpg with a performance tune. But it was good.
I have since removed most of the stuff and returned to stock.

not chasing HP anymore

Thanks for the reply. I was being pretty conservative with my current MPG. Its probably more like 24 MPG. Could I ask why you are returning your Mustang to stock?
Thanks again
