A 15% drivetrain loss is normal with an auto.

oh, wow... that does sound about right... by any chance anyone know the loss on a manual? I'm kinda sad about that now... is it like that on all cars? about 15%?

I believe its somewhere around 12% loss on a manual. Correct me if I'm wrong though...
