Yea no doubt, that looks like it will fit, i put 20' on my stang and it fitted perfectly

Does anyone know if theres any kind of 1/4 increase with better tires? Car and Driver states that the tires are cheap and bad on the skidpad.

Yes they will fit. Bolt pattern and offset are fine.

Sure... You could pick up a couple tenths with a set of drag radials.
