My neighbor had a 2006 California Special GT with the 18" wheels. He replaced the stock wheels as soon as he got it. He has since sold the car and is offering the wheels to me. Does anyone know if those wheels will work on the 06 V6 and will I have to get the spedo recalibrated. Thanks for any advice you can provide.

Yes they will and yes the speedometer will be off. If you get a tuner, you can adjust the revs/mile yourself. If not, Ford can do it (for a fee).

in the ford racing catalog it says that those wheels will not work with V6 calipers. i dont think its the calipers so much as the brackets that the calipers bolt to that may need a little bit of grinding. i have seen the 18 inch bullits on a V6 and the fit between the spokes and caliper are very close.

MickMach put his 18" bullitts on his wife's V6. He did say there was some slight rubbing at first but it dissipated. Probably ground off what it needed on its own
