Question Are K & N oil filters reusable?

The guy at the parts shop told me they are disposable. Is he right ??

I figured they were re-useable.

NO DO NOT RE-USE these are disposable filters the Air Cleaner is washable. Actually a K&N and NAPA Gold and Amsoil filters are just reboxed rebranded WIX filters. So save some money and buy a WIX 51372 for your mustang.

I really like the NAPA Gold filters. Plus they aren't terribly expensive.

I have always used Mobil 1 Full Syn and their extended performance oil filters. The oil usually comes out clean.
